• FOOD: You may bring in outside food, but there will be a $150 cleaning charge. There is no cake supplied. The food that is part of the package will be served by staff; customers who bring their own snacks to MagicPlace will be able to self-serve them.
• RESERVATION: 50% of the selected package’s value is held in reserve. Without a deposit, the event date cannot be reserved. The payment cannot be refunded; however, if circumstances change, the date may be rescheduled based on availability
• SUPPLIERS: In order to be admitted, any service providers (food, beverages, animations, or entertainment) that are not part of the party package must notify and receive approval from MagicPlace.
• PIÑATAS: Only piñatas without confetti will be allowed.

• OPENING: MagicPlace opens 30 minutes prior to the event so that the host can bring in the treats (candies, cake, piñatas, cotillions, and other goods as chosen).
• TAX: These are not excluded from being charged to the total cost of each item.
• REFUND: No amount will be subtracted from the total if the buyer decides they do not want any item in the bundle.
• ARTICLES AND OBJECTS: MagicPlace owns them, and any loss will result in charges.
